wake up very early this morning..
what a cold day..
it is hard to take my shower..
i push my mind little by little..
at last i manage to do my intention..
as always i am rushing to go to my institute,
with very little time i have
with every minute that i have
i must quick..
someone will wait for me there
it is a fierce and discipline man,
but he is a nice guy..
i had spent time with him..
as regular..i do my routines
pray to God..to have a good day
with simple and some movement,
in order to have a healthy body..
feel the air and take deep breath
i am able to finish what was written in my schedule
everyday schedule..
